Our client, a company located in Marlton, NJ, is seeking a Human Resource Manager for a direct-hire position. The individual in this role will serve as the main point of contact for this US location of 80 employees. The HR Manager will run the office independently. Must know employment law, compensation and benefit structures. Additional duties will include: recruiting, on-boarding, checking eligibility for employment, going over benefits and handling Exit Interviews. Great position for someone that wants to get into management. PHR or SPHR is preferred.
