The Human Resources Talent Acquisition Manager is responsible for managing the recruiting practice and supporting the HR team. We are looking for an energetic self-starter who is strives to stay up to date with recruiting trends and best practices. This person will utilize his/her skills in the areas of staffing, training, engagement, and compliance. The Talent Acquisition Manager will be the Consensus Health brand ambassador attracting new and energized talent into the organization.
Gathers data and stakeholder feedback/input to develop recruiting strategies to meet workforce needs and manage the full cycle recruiting process, Generates a steady flow of highly qualified and diverse candidates. Maintains current working knowledge of talent acquisition trends and best practices and applies them as appropriate, Provides direction and support to recruitment to develop, implement and maximize our recruiting practice while ensuring timely and accurate performance of day-to-day duties and providing expected levels of customer service to our hiring teams., Builds effective relationships throughout the organization to create pipelines for employment and identifies, develops and monitors standard metrics to assess overall performance of recruiting, screening and hiring, employees., Onboarding – You will work with the HR manager and Business Partner to onboard practices consistent with the company process. You will also ensure that all new hires are provided required/necessary materials/information upon hire, Recruiting and Interviewing – You will participate in the interview process, ensuring timely feedback to candidates and hiring managers, and be responsible for compliance of new hire processes such as background verification, health history, I-9, and references., Culture and Morale – You will be responsible for having a pulse on the culture and employee morale. You will support diversity, equity, and inclusion efforts through staff education and advancing an inclusive environment, ensuring alignment of all programs with our core values, Management and Employee Coaching – In partnership with the HR Manager, you will coach both managers and employees on decision-making, employee issues, communication, etc.
Bachelor's Degree and a minimum of five (5) years of human resources experience with at least three (3) years in a Talent Acquisition or Recruiting role, Experience with full cycle recruiting and developing/managing an employment branding process, Demonstrated knowledge of Human Resources law and practices related to employee relations and employment, Demonstrated experience in collaboration, strategy development, and integration of strategy with managers and key leaders, Demonstrated ability to prioritize work independently, Proactive customer-service approach. Ensures response is quick & effective to needs, Commitment to confidentiality and the highest level of integrity, Aptitude for problem-solving, decision-making, and process. Ability to adapt quickly based on business needs, Positive and energetic team member. Possesses the drive to accomplish goals, meet deadlines and find solutions, Occasionally will have to work slightly non-traditional hours to support medical practice needs, Neurotically detailed-oriented
