4/16/2008As many of you who attend our monthly meetings know, we often see presenters speak about the emerging strategic role of HR.
I am relatively new to the field, and my question to you is this: what are my the chances that I am going to be hired as an HR professional in an orgainization who views us as a valuable strategic resource? ? 11/1/2007Does anyone in our membership have experience with matrix organizations?
The S/PHR Study Group is having some difficulty distinguishing these from the divisional type of organization.
Both include dual reporting.
