Preferred Partners

The purpose of the special designation, Preferred Partner, is to recognize vendors who have shown a commitment, in both time and resources, to Tri-State HRMA and who exhibit high professional and ethical standards in the provision of their services and products.

Preferred Partners will be recognized in various ways throughout the program year.  This recognition shall include the following special attention grabbers:

  • The names & logos of all Preferred Partners will be featured on the Tri-State website.
  • The names, logos & contact info  of all Preferred Partners will also be highlighted in our bi-monthly Tri-Stater newsletter.
  • Presidential recognition at monthly meeting of all new preferred vendors.
  • A personal profile in the Tri-State newsletter.
  • Your name/company will be featured on the Powerpoint that plays during the networking/meal of each monthly meeting.
  • A testimonial by one of the HR Professionals who recommended you for Preferred Partner status during a monthly meeting

Preferred Partner Criteria

Eligible after two full years of active membership with Tri-State and subject to approval by Tri-State’s Board of Directors.

To be recognized as a Preferred Partner requires that within the previous program year a vendor must have:

  • Attended at least 4 Tri-State monthly meetings
  • Actively participated in a Tri-State committee for at least one year
  • Provided at least $1000 of sponsorship to Tri-State*
  • Secured a letter of recommendation from two HR professionals who are Tri-State members to whom the vendor has provided a product or service

 * Attainable via conference fee, monthly meeting sponsorship fee, or other Tri-State events.
